Our delivery process is split into two stages:
- Processing time: This involves order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders are forwarded to the dispatch center within 12 hours after placement. Preordered items follow the timeline provided on the product page.
- Shipping time: This phase is the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our dispatch center to your doorstep, typically about 5-8 business days.

Tracking
- An email and SMS will be sent within 2-3 business days to notify you of your order shipment.
- To track your orders, please use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email and SMS.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
To alter your order details (like clothing size, shipping address, etc) or to cancel your order, please send your request to themarsupialstore@gmail.com within 3 HOURS of order placement.
Beyond the 3 hour timeframe, all orders are deemed final, including those with incorrect shipping address input - refunds will not be granted as your order processing and shipment would have commenced.
RETURN POLICY
- Customers are allowed to return/exchange orders within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns should be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Upon receiving the returned product and conducting a quality check, the product amount will be reimbursed as discount coupons/Store credit/ back to the payment source.
- Shipping and COD charge refunds are NOT applicable.
- To self-return your items, initiate a return request and upon approval, securely package the items to prevent loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a trustworthy local courier service for returns. Please share the shipping details at themarsupialstore@gmail.com, making sure to include your Order ID.
- Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the coupon code issued to place the order for the New product. Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.
- For products with no manufacturing defects or faults on our part, we are NOT obligated to cover the return shipping costs. However, for a fee of Rs.100 for T-Shirts and other products under 500 grams, and Rs.150 for Hoodies, reverse pick ups can be arranged in instances of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are NOT at fault.
Size exchanges, however, are absolutely free.
- Only the purchased amount will be refunded back to the payment source to the customer.
- For any manufacturing defects or quality issues, Customers are requested to share a photo/video of the received product for verification within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or return can only be processed after verification.
- Plus sizes from 2XL and above, Mobile covers, Posters and Coffee mugs are not eligible for a return/exchange as they are custom made on demand. Pattern Tees & Bomber jackets are eligible for size exchanges only. Face masks and neck gaiters are not eligible for returns/refunds due to safety and hygiene considerations. Fabric colours may vary due to various factors like device colour tone, brightness etc. We won't accept returns based on this issue. International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Gift Card orders are delivered to your email address automatically and are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
What are the conditions for refund?
- A refund or free replacement can be requested against any order within 7 days of its delivery date, provided the products are found to be defective or damaged.
- Items that have already been replaced or exchanged are not eligible for a return or refund.
- All refunds will be issued as store coupon codes for future orders. Refunds back to the payment source are provided in cases of defects or lost in transit.

What is the refund procedure timeline?
- The refund process begins within 24-48 hours once we receive your returned product. The store coupon code, which can be used for new orders, will be issued within 24 hours of initiation.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We keep our customers updated via email once the refund process has been initiated.
- If our last email to you stated that the refund process has begun, kindly wait for the process to complete.
